Moving towards the Industrial revolution 4.0, many companies and businesses can see the advantages of getting industrial automation technologies for their factories and workplace. This is because human laborers have many implications although they are still unique in so many ways. Laborers commonly get tired and exhausted during the day from doing repetitive tasks and that is undeniably true. In regards to that, more expanses needed to be spent on hiring more people and not to mention when the holiday season comes, and you have to stop production and manufacturing for a few days. Many Malaysia factory automation sees this opportunity and invents more technologies to cover every problems and issue that can be avoided. While some still believe in laborers’ efficiency, many have decided to replace human laborers with machines and robots. But why? Why you should too?
The first main reason why industries should utilize industrial automation technologies is that the technologies lessen humans’ exhaustion and energy. Humans are known with feelings and easily get tired growing older. Just imagine having a hundred workers like that? Regardless, machines and robots work without any hesitation and complaints. It is very important for you to consider taking industrial automation technologies especially if the tasks are repetitive and do not require human comfort or focus because machines and robots can work non-stop and only need supervision if anything goes wrong.
Apart from that, the technologies prevent the products from being damaged or destroyed. It is understandable if human laborers tend to get tired or exhausted during the process of manufacturing or producing products, but there are high possibilities that the products might get flawed or defects. Moreover, humans tend to be easily distracted and that can lead to bad productions. With having these technologies, you do not have to worry about exhaustion and distractions, as robots and machines are well equipped to follow instructions and preferences. The only time that the machine will start to act up is when you forgot to maintain the maintenance and that also does not need to be done too many times. Thus, fewer spendings.
Most importantly is that it does not require a lot more money. For example, if you do not have any of these technologies, you would have to spend on more workers to get better productions. That still does not count with the extra money you workers will be asking for promotions. I understand that most companies and businesses would like to choose the option where lesser expanses available with better and efficient productions and manufacture. No one likes to spend more and getting the same constant results in the business. But not with industrial automation, you will not get the same result. You would only need to spend on the technologies, and only on needed and required machines for your business’ productions, with several laborers for important task and supervisions on the machines
In conclusion, I do not see why you should not get these technologies for Malaysia industrial automation. It serves and provides many benefits and advantages especially to the business.
